Marking the first logistics deal based in France in Kajima’s portfolio, the development is located in the northern French city of Orléans and spans over 49,000 sqm of logistics space. Kajima acting as investors and developers acquired the existing logistics hub, consisting of five buildings and a proposal is now in line for a two-phase redevelopment project, with plans to entirely rebuild the site and deliver two class A logistics buildings of 30,000 sqm, in line with strong ESG credentials.
